Factory trained, our service technicians assure that West Coast Air Conditioning maintains its position at the forefront of the latest service technologies. Primarily focused on equipment maintenance and repairs, our service technicians are backed with years of experience and are able to repair all equipment makes and models. Emergency service is provided to our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. All customer repairs are monitored by a computerized record keeping system, and our prompt response to all calls is possible through our extensive radio dispatch network.
Additionally, our administrative office is staffed with professionals dedicated to coordinating the of information from our customers and material suppliers to our field personnel. We are committed to offering prompt and friendly customer service matched by none.
Installation-
Our customers can depend on our installation division with equipment upgrades and tenant improvement projects. We also specialize in custom system design, working from architectural specifications and customer requirements. Our sheet metal shop with its modern, high efficient machines, enable us to customize the air distribution requirements of each installation. Every project we secure exemplifies expert craftsmanship which is guaranteed.

Energy Management Systems-
Our energy management system division engineers systems tailored to meet customers’ specific needs for employee comfort, efficient equipment operation and lighting. Energy consumption is minimized though precise temperature and equipment control. A plant manager can access, configure and control all system elements for one or more locations from a PC located onsite or at a remote facility. Quick notifications of alarm conditions are provided. Set points for each tenant can be determined and utilized based on preference and occupancy periods. Unoccupied programming minimizes energy use during vacant periods, and after hour use is never a problem. Specialized reports are generated to assist in analyzing usage and billing of tenants.
